Who we are
JRich Transport Consultancy provides transport-management and compliance consultancy from Llanelli, supporting operators across South Wales. JRich Transport Consultancy is the controller responsible for personal information handled through this website and in connection with enquiries and consultancy services.

Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you make an enquiry, ask for a quotation or use our services. This may include:

- the service you are interested in and the contents of your message;
- correspondence, meeting notes, instructions and records supplied for consultancy work;

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the website form unless it is necessary. If an enquiry involves confidential or sensitive records, contact Jonathan first so that a suitable way of providing them can be agreed.
Most information is collected directly from you. Information may also be provided by your employer, colleagues, professional advisers or public bodies where this is relevant to requested work and they are permitted to provide it.

We do not currently use enquiry details for email marketing. If marketing is introduced later, appropriate information and any required choice or consent will be provided separately.
We do not use personal information for solely automated decisions or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not progress are normally retained for up to 24 months so that the discussion can be followed up and an appropriate record maintained. Consultancy, contractual and financial records may normally be kept for up to six years after the relevant work or business relationship ends where required for tax, contractual, insurance or legal purposes.
Some records may be kept for a shorter or longer period where their sensitivity, an ongoing matter, a legal requirement or a potential claim makes this appropriate. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict its use, receive certain information in a portable format or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Rights are not absolute and an exemption may apply. We may need information to confirm your identity before responding.
